Design Considerations for Collaborative Information Visualization
Researchers
Summary
I built a system for collaborative tree comparison to implement examples of the first design considerations I collected from a large literature analysis. The videos below show some of the features of the system. The system is meant to help collaborators compare and analyze hierarchical data structures. The data I used came from the domain of molecular biology.
